Our Story
Hybrid Risk Insurance and Risk Services was built from years of experience watching businesses overpay for insurance while their claims spiraled out of control. We saw an industry where brokers placed policies and disappeared — leaving employers to navigate claims, rising mod rates, and carrier renewals on their own.
We decided to do it differently. Formerly operating as Vaultari Insurance and Risk Services, we rebranded as Hybrid Risk to better reflect our integrated approach — and our place within the Hybrid Health Systems (HHS) family of companies. This family of healthcare and insurance businesses gives us a unique advantage: direct coordination between insurance, medical treatment, and mental health services.
Our approach combines traditional insurance brokerage with hands-on risk management — including our signature Medical Direction program provided through Industrial MD that takes control of the medical process from the moment an injury is reported.
